THE UAG STORY
Urban Armor Gear was founded in 2010 in Orange County, California by engineers who believed rugged protection and refined design didn't have to be opposites. Frustrated by bulky, ugly cases that sacrificed aesthetics for safety, the founding team set out to build something better.
Today, UAG is headquartered in Orange County and protects millions of devices worldwide — from iPhones in construction sites to Surface Pros in boardrooms. Our cases carry full MIL-STD 810G military certification and are trusted by first responders, athletes, and everyday users who can't afford downtime.

UAG cases are engineered with a multi-layer composite structure that exceeds MIL-STD 810G military drop-test standards. Each layer is purpose-built to handle a specific failure mode, working together to keep your device intact.
